My daughter booked this place for a 12 year old kids party. 15 children were there per the package they chose. The host was very militant and wouldn’t let a child go to the bathroom, then to top it off at the end of the 2 hours my son in law had to pay 300 extra dollars because parents were there.Seriously?? That was NEVER disclosed at the booking appt. and the contract said nothing about it.Just that kids under five must be accompanied by an adult at all times. But we won’t tell you we will charge you to be there with them. Just a way to rob people of their hard earned money. Taking advantage of people from a child’s birthday party. It’s a shame because although the place is small there are some good activities for kids. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you like being ripped off and only having allotted 15 minutes to have cake....

I won’t lie, when I pulled up for a bday party, I was very skeptical, but Dawson and Parker (if I remember their names correctly) hosted a really great time for a whole bunch of kids, even the adults had a great time! There was SO much to do, it was beyond any level of clean you see at these other kids play places, they were very straight forward with rules and expectations to the kids around their expensive equipment, and didn’t even seem the least bit stressed out with being pulled in different directions. Both my daughters have already asked to have parties at the Ultimate Drop Zone and I’m honestly excited for them to build and open their planned location in Westmoreland. WOW, what an amazing place to hold a birthday party. Our group of 15 had an absolute blast. Dawson is incredibly thorough and gives the kids (and parents) an unparalleled FUN experience. His contract is incredibly clear about the facility's rules and expectations - he also gives the kids a great pep talk at the beginning of the session so they understand how to behave and best utilize the facility. This is not Billy Bees or a Tramp Park - IT'S NOT A FREE FOR ALL. It's someone's small business, and it's operated with passion and pride.
