My contractor sent me to Prosource because he said that they had the best selection and the best prices. He recommended that I not go to Lowe's or Home Depot to shop because the material there is a lower quality. Prosource did have the best prices except on two occasions, but they were able to beat the price I found elsewhere. So, not only were the prices better, but the customer service far exceeded any other flooring place I went to. It was well worth the hour drive to get there. Cassandra Brown, helped me every step of the way. She listened carefully to what type of tile and wood flooring I wanted. From there, she was able to pull samples that suited my taste. It saved me a lot of time, not having to go through every tile rack! She stayed in close contact with me throughout the ordering process as well. When one of the tiles I picked turned out to be discontinued, she called every place to try to find enough tile for my needs. When that didn't work, she pulled more samples and sent me photos so that I wouldn't have to make the hour trip. I ended up going to a local store and selecting a tile and then Cassandra was able to beat the price. We had a large order and she kept me updated as to when everything came in to the store. At one point, I realized that I added an additional tile and I never ordered the grout. I asked Cassandra to please match a grout with the tile and order it. She did and she matched it just how I asked. The wood we ordered turned out to be not as clear as both Cassandra and I had expected. She immediately called her rep and the owner of the store and started working on a solution. Within one day, she had three viable options for me to try to make it right. It was definitely not the fault of Prosource, but they worked with me and we were able to find a solution. I ordered a vanity and cabinets from them as well. So, I really ordered 95% of what we needed from Prosource. The other 5% I ordered from a local plumbing store and Amazon. I was told about ProSource from Mr. Bob Finch of Wood on Wheels. We had a "plumbing mishap" in our 1913 historical home which warped the hardwood floor in our dinning room AND kitchen. Mr. Finch directed us to ProSource and we could not have been more satisfied.

Although ProSource is located off a main road, we found it. They had EVERYTHING to do with flooring at their showroom. My husband and I were impressed. TBH I'd never go to Home Depot or Lowe's again. Honestly, I wish we had known about it when we re-did two bathrooms. It was very difficult to find tile that we wanted.

ProSource's representative, Mrs. Beth Brown, guided us. We had a kitchen cabinet and a swatch of paint to see what laminates would work in the kitchen. She showed us three types of flooring. At no time did she try to "upsell" us or even "downsell" us. She offered her opinion and allowed us to make the decision of what flooring would work best.

We were able to pick the flooring up at ProSource, and thankfully, it fit into my sedan. Mr. Finch and his crew installed the flooring and it looks great. Heck, with the new paint color and even new overhead lights the kitchen floor made the kitchen look brand new.

I'll admit that we should have had this review up a couple months ago, but that has given us extra time to evaluate the overall purchase and include it in this review. We had an excellent experience with ProSource and are really happy to have worked with Matt. We went to quite a few places in the area when looking for wood floors for a major house renovation and instantly decided on the flooring we ultimately purchased when we saw it on a return trip to ProSource and then worked with Matt throughout the process. We purchased between 2500 and 3000 sq ft and ended up with a price we were happy with but the real value came from working with Matt, who not only ensured our product arrived in great condition and exactly as expected and in the right quantity, he also helped us overcome an error with respect to the bullnose we ordered that was entirely on us and did it all without compromising a very tight timetable for our home and inspection and also during the pandemic, which created shortages, shipping challenges, etc. And, now, a few months later, we love our floors, are very happy with the quality and appearance and are happy to provide a 5.0 out of 5.0 for both...
