The 88 Gear staff went above and beyond for me. I purchased a new old inventory wakeboard here and absolutely loved it. The board unfortunately started to de laminate after abt 6 months of use and failed. I honestly did not immediately contact anyone because I figured it is what it is, I bought an older deck and it failed. I didn’t believe that It was anyone’s fault and didn’t expect to warranty a 3 year old model that I picked up on a discount. I’m not one to ever expect of look for a handout. To my surprise, I called them up and they immediately took care of me. They contacted the manufacturer, kept me in the loop, and eventually sent me a brand new board of equal or better value. The jacket did not fit me as expected and I needed to exchange it. 88 gear worked with me through email correspondence to find a jacket that worked better for me and guided me through the exchange process. Their staff are super helpful and kind. The exchange was easy and I now have a jacket that I love that fits well and works well for what I need it to. Shipping was fast too.
