I've frequented this location IN LaValle at least 8 different times. Whether I'm getting a chain saw blade, having one sharpened, getting some parts and miscellaneous items. I've made a conscious effort to smile and be "extra" friendly while I'm there because they always look like they're in a bad mood. Most recently I walked in to purchase a push mower and the manager walked by me - made eye contact - looked down and away and didn't say a word as he kept walking. I'm done. Turned around and left.
