Their product is very good. The service and the attitude that I was getting was unacceptable. When I pay top dollar for product and service I want both to be good, not perfect. One can’t be great and the other rubbish. I don’t want to have the feeling that someone is talking down to me and my business isn’t important. Northern Hardwoods is the best place to get materials for woodworking. Whether you need a big live edge slab or some cabinet grade plywood and everything in between, they are the place to go! The customer service can't be beat, and they really make you feel like one of the family. I could not recommend them enough! One thing to note, they do not accept credit cards.
