Worst Experience Ever - Avoid Denners Garage at All Costs!

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Denners Garage, and I can honestly say it was the worst customer service experience of my life. I wouldn't wish this nightmare on my worst enemy.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell something was off. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the 90s, and the employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. But it only got worse from there.

First, they quoted me an exorbitant price for a simple brake repair on my Jeep. When I questioned the cost, they became incredibly defensive and tried to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary services. It was clear they were just trying to milk me for every penny they could get.

But the real kicker was when they finally started working on my car. It took them twice as long as they originally promised, and they didn't even bother to keep me updated on the progress. When I asked for an update, they gave me the runaround and acted like I was inconveniencing them.

When they finally finished, my Jeep was in worse shape than when I brought it in. It was making strange noises, and the brakes were still squeaking. It was clear they either didn't know what they were doing or didn't care enough to do the job right.

In the end, I had to have my Jeep towed to another shop to fix the mess Denners Garage had made. The new mechanics were shocked at the shoddy workmanship and told me it would have been dangerous to continue driving my car in that condition.

To make matters worse, when I tried to discuss a refund with Denners Garage, they were completely uncooperative and refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes. It's clear they have no integrity and are only interested in ripping off unsuspecting customers.

In summary, if you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid Denners Garage like the plague. Their terrible customer service, shady business practices, and lack of competence make them a complete and utter disgrace to the automotive industry. Had my vehicle dropped off here on a Monday to give them time to have everything finished and looked at while I was unable to pick it up. They told me that it was plenty of time and it would be done the next Tuesday. The next Monday rolls around and called to check up on how it was going and they told me it was scheduled to be started that afternoon. Come in the next day to see that my truck had been left outside with 4,000 wheels and tires and a lift kit still in all the boxes had been left out side in the rain and not locked away. It hadn’t been moved since it was dropped off. Only for them to tell me that I had an appointment for the prior day after I was told it would be finished and all fixed by then. Wasn’t too happy with their service so I took my truck to Mr. Tire in town and that same day it was already in the shop. The next day I was called and told what needed to be done and that everything would be finished and ready for pick up the next day. Will not be returning to Denners for any work that I need. Would much rather take it somewhere where it will actually be worked on with out excuse...

HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE & RELIABLE. He took the time to listen to the sounds and mimics I used, as a WOMAN with "some" mechanical knowledge 😶?, to explain what I thought the issue was with one of my cars. I left the car to give him time to check in detail what was wrong, he called back during the afternoon hrs, explaining what was bad, the causes and the options, so I could decide which way to go. I was so pleased with his work, his accuracy and specially, the honesty and down to Earth charges, that I decided to fix other things as well and did the CAR INSPECTION, and then took my other car to be checked before Winter. LADIES & GENTS, this is your mechanic, respectful and honest, he will make you feel like old friends. Also, if you need a translator, his wife is a SPANISH teacher and can help you as well.
