Great place to get ice cream! The hard ice cream selection isn’t as big as others but it’s got all the staples. And also this stand has by far my favorite vanilla soft serve out of any ice cream stand in the area. It’s so fluffy, it’s like cool whip kind of. I remember being really sad one day, I came here and got the cheesecake sundae and it was so GOOD! It really cheered me up, since then whenever I feel especially stressed and or upset, I come here and get me something and it always comforts me. I took a photo of my recent visit and got a large vanilla soft serve in a cup with peanut butter, cookie bits and whipped cream and it was decadent! The girl who made it put a cherry on it also, but it’s not in the picture because I ate it haha. Super great place, been coming here since I was a kid and it has NOT skipped a beat. My family lives close to this location so we’ve been here 3 times in the past month. First visit was great but the last 2 were not. The lady who served us the last 2 times seems so bothered with us. I’m not sure if it’s us or she just doesn’t enjoy doing what she does. However it has left a bad taste and we’ve chosen to go elsewhere to hopefully get better service. The blizzard barn is a great place to take the entire family with a small play area for the children, dog friendly play area and pup ice cream. They have great choices of ice cream, floats, slushes as well as smaller food items that are all reasonably priced. They follow NY State guidance on Covid-19 social distancing and still managed to provide service with a smile (if we could see it). Definitely a great stop to kick...
