Carl the cashier needs better customer service skills when it comes to instacart, I presented the bardcodes that contain the customers rewards number and he didn't even want to try and immediately said they dont work with attitude and scanned the store one. I told him the other cashiers type the # in off the phone without issue and he very rudely with a loud tone stated "read it off then!" He couldn't get it to work and then the bagger stepped in and asked if he should grab the manager, I responded yes, manager came over and entered in the # just fine. There was absolutely no reason for Carl to have an attitude when presented with the instacart barcodes, after the manager left he had an attitude the entire time when it came to how he was passing the items down to the bagger and his tone upon handing me the receipt while staring constantly at me with a sour look on his face, no smile in sight from the moment I showed him instacarts barcode, it certainly isn't instacarts fault that the systems are outdated but we are required to have them use the customers rewards # so they earn and save...
Read moreWent Sunday morning to get my wife a donut. It was just after 7am. Sunday is day many get donuts so it was extremely disappointing to see that they were not out yet. I keep asking myself how they can stay in business with such poor management.
10/20/23 Couldn't be more disappointed in the lack of quality of the produce. Bought a bag of grapefruit and five days later you can see.
8/2022 so very disappointed in how this place has taken a turn for the worse. The produce section has become a wasteland, they don't get the donuts out as timely as they used to, and they charge a very high price for their deli meat (which falls apart in your hands even when you get it in slices). I will now need to drive further to pick n save because they have a wonderful produce section and they will cut their meats to whatever...
Read moreThe Manager here is incredibly rude. My father told me he was in a rush and he didn't have time to put an item back in the right spot on the other side of the store. Apparently the manager pulled my father into his office and chewed him out and told him that he would be not allowed to shop there again if he did it again. You just don't do something like that to a long time loyal customer for a trivial action such as that. This type of behavior from a manager is unacceptable. From my own experiences shopping there, the manager is never friendly, always scowling. My friends who work there tell me he's consistently rude to them and other employees. Can someone just fire this...
