Very poorly run. I drove an hour and a half expecting customer service and selection based on other reviews. There was a young lady talking to some guy for the 20 minutes that I tried to find a new pair of boots. She was too concerned in making sure she opened the box of the shipment for herself so her mom and dad would not see it. The selection of boots are low quality. They only had one pair of Tony Llana and everything else was made by Justin. Felt very bargain basement with low quality boots. Went in to purchase my FIRST pair of boots. Had previously (a couple weeks ago) went to a different boot store, and walked out empty handed cause it was a "bother" to get any help.

Stacy was AMAZING!!!! Gave me some pointers, and said just started trying some on. She came back a short time later, and was surprised I hadn't tried any on yet, showed me the differences between some of the boots and left again. By the time she came to check on me again, I had 3-4 pairs picked out. She helped us get it down to two. Walked out with my first AND second pair of boots. THANK YOU STACY!!!! Saleswoman was very unfriendly. Was there to purchase a cowgirl hat for my grandbaby. Had only two hats for little girls and only one in her size. The only (one) hat we had to choose from had little tiny spots of what looked like ink spattered over it. Not real noticeable but still stained. When I showed it to the salesperson...her response was..."Its not like she's (granddaughter) going to know the difference!" So true...except "she's" not paying the bill....Grandma is! Will not shop...
