Craig and his staff have optimal customer service and knowledge for their products and services. One of my favorite accommodations is their patience with me and my lack of knowledge with technology and computers. I can problem solve with Craig over the phone and it works out 99% of the time. For the times it simply doesn't, Craig fits in his schedule to stop by. I work from home and run businesses highly dependent on the printers. I truly believe that because I am a considerate, loyal customer, Laser Genesis is considerate and loyal to me. I have known Craig Record most of my life and always known him to be a fair, honest, generous man and is exactly what kind of business man he is. I am thankful!
