I've been going to this practice for at least 15 years, don't know why, convenience I guess. Katherine Exter is the worst. Every time I get sick and she sees me her answer is diabetes. In 2019 after she told me I had diabetes again, I later went to the ER with a 104 fever that I couldn't break, it ended up being Pneumonia. In 2021 I finally got covid but had a plugged ear as a side effect. Katherine asked me if I had got the covid heart attack shot and after I said no, she told me "Serves you right". I should have found a new office then. I've had multiple Dr's. at this location over the last 15 or so years. Katherine Exter is the worse nurse practitioner I’ve ever had in my life. Everytime I’ve gotten something viral her excuse is take Zyrtec. I had no idea at one point that I had mono and that was her to too excuse, take Zyrtec. She once kept prescribing me antibiotics when I had the flu. THE FLU. She even tries to pry on your personal life, constantly asking me if I’m in school everytime I see her and everytime I tell her no she always says the same thing “well better go soon”. Katherine Exter is probably the laziest NP I have come across. She passes everything off as allergies, including heart conditions and viral illnesses. Her go to is “take Zyrtec”. Concerned about your blood pressure? Don’t be! She doesn’t agree with the WHO or the CDC guidelines about what is considered hypertension or how it is diagnosed. No matter how much advocate for yourself, she writes off your concerns and treats you as if you know nothing and don’t know what you are talking about.
