Hines plumbing was recommended by a family member for oil tank replacement. Their swift professional service did not disappoint me. Their office was very polite and kept me informed of every step of the process. The crew was also polite and very courteous and took every precaution to avoid any clues " that we were ever here " other than a fantastic product and installation! This is a family business (which is very important to me) that cares enough, that the owner stopped in during the installation. I always ask the employees how they like their employer privately. Called Hines because he was highly recommended by family and previous company that looked at our water pump was not returning calls and we were in an emergency situation. We needed our pump replaced and was without water. I called them at 8:00am as soon as they opened. The receptionist was awesome- got her team out to us in in record time. They are located in Marathon, NY and we are about a half hour away. They brought a pump in hopes of replacing it- come to find out we needed a new system. We lost our well pump as a result of a (way too close) lightning strike. We were away for the weekend and discovered the problem on a Sunday afternoon. Jody was at our house within 15 min of our call and diagnosed the problem. Our well pump had been damaged from the lightning and it was repaired by 5pm on Monday.
