Great selection of equipment rentals and down to earth customer service. Just moved to town and this will be my go-to for all things project related.

**2023 Edit to this review: The equipment provided for rentals are not being regularly maintained. The customer service has decreased and wait times in store have increased. I realize there has been recent turnover in staff but it is causing a poor experience in store. Further, there was an employee who was more concerned about whether I entered the back door or front door of the store, as folks normally do for equipment rentals, than he was concerned about what I was actually in store for. He disappeared when I had an actual need in the store. I will be using other stores for equipment rentals and will hesitate frequenting this...

I brought in a broken window from a 35 year old mobile home on Monday. The man at the service counter says "It needs X,Y and Z" I said OK and paid the bill. I was told it would probably be ready on Friday which was not a problem. I get a call on Wednesday morning saying the window is ready for pickup, and you didn't need "Z" so we will refund you for that. I thought that showed a lot of honesty from him. He could have just kept quiet and nobody would be the wiser. I really appreciate this kind of action when there is so much dishonesty and deceit in this world. The window was done well too. I will recommend them whenever I can. And do business...

Sign outside the store advertises chip keys made. I have a very common vehicle but was told that they could not do it. I tried to get them to take the bait sign down to get it corrected. I cannot predict the actions of others, but I will know where NOT to go if I need a key done. BTW I did call ahead but the female employee, confronted with a question about keys, seemed completely confused by the word "key". That is why I came is. I did intend to ask about doing the key but I decided that talking to her was a waste of time. So unfortunately was coming in. I edited this post voluntarily...
