Amazon Delivery station - DYY8 — Local services in Town of Mount Pleasant

Ever since my packages come from Hawthorne, NY there are nothing but problems. On Thursday, May 9th my package was out for delivery expected by 9:45pm. I tracked it. It was 6 stops away, 5 stops away, 4 stops away, 3 stops away and at 2 stops away Amazon lost signal with driver, Paola but said not to worry your package is still coming. By 10:30pm I called Amazon customer service and they informed me that the driver stopped delivery. Beyond unprofessional! Friday May 10th I didn't receive it. Already got a Amazon delivery today, Saturday May 11th which did not include the missing order. Don't waste your time contacting customer service about these types of delivery issues as they can see the same information as the customer. Conveniently, when I click on order there is no mention of it being out for delivery on Thursday May 9th with the delivery window. This was a Mother's Day gift for my 94 year old Mother for Mother's Day! Thanks alot Amazon for disappointing my 94 year old mother. I never had these issues when my packages from Connecticut warehouse hubs. Conveniently, there is no phone # to contact Amazon warehouse in Hawthorne, New York!...

I was awaiting delivery of an item I needed for Christmas Eve. A pie plate… It was to be delivered by 11 PM on Monday, December 23. I was tracking the delivery and it said four stops away for about two hours. Then I noticed it said three stops, then two stops. It was on my street at 10 PM and then in real time I noticed The vehicle moving past my home and getting on the highway. It was evident that I would not be receiving my delivery that day, even though Amazon said it was still arriving. Now I got a notification saying it would be delivered today by 11 PM. I no longer need it. Horrible, horrible service from the Hawthorne location. Better service...

I’m not one to post reviews, but ever since my packages started coming from the Amazon building in Hawthorne, NY I have had more issues with deliveries than the entire time I’ve used Amazon. The workers/ drivers in this building are blatantly stealing items or whole packages. Just had a box delivered that was opened and re taped, what was missing? The only electronic item! I work in the same industry and it is obvious what’s going on here. But amazon is too big to care and this will continue to happen. Sad and unfortunate.
