I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Appliance Driven. I found them through other Google reviews when I needed a dishwasher replacement. I try to avoid shopping at big box businesses in favor of local stores whenever possible, but when I called another appliance store I used previously they said the model I wanted was on backorder for 6 - 8 months. I called Appliance Driven and even though Joel told me the model I wanted was on backorder with them as well, he quoted me a better price for installation service and delivery and offered to take a deposit for my unit so I could have it as soon as it arrived. Joel's customer service and friendly manner was far better than what I received from the other appliance store. They did not offer any deposit nor did they seem to care about the wait time or making a sale. I could have kept calling around to find a place with my dishwasher in stock, but knowing that a lot of places have supply chain interruptions and based on my initial impression of Appliance Driven from Joel, I left a deposit with them and told myself to be patient. That was a Tuesday. My unit arrived at the store 2 days later.

We scheduled delivery for the following week. The 3 man crew arrived on time and ready to install quickly. There was an unforeseen issue with getting my old dishwasher removed and I had to ask them if we could reschedule. They took my unit back and said to call their office to reschedule once my issue was addressed...and they did not charge me any additional fee for the hassle. I rescheduled and on the second attempt, everything was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Appliance Driven for their prices and customer service. Will definitely...

Apparently there are a lot of fake Google reviews because when you search for the same company under Yelp reviews, you’ll see horrific reviews on most companies. Except for one company that passed my rigorous vetting tests: Appliance Driven.

Words somehow fail to describe the extraordinary experience I had with Appliance Driven. I initially spoke with Fabian who was highly knowledgeable and responsive. Pricing was very competitive and that translated into substantial savings as I was replacing my refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. I wasn't confident in my measurements and watched when those taken by Appliance Driven employees was something to behold....two gentlemen showed up to measure and checked each other's measurements for accuracy. This left me with confidence that there would be no surprises when delivery took place. What I especially appreciated was that I didn't have to work with third-party vendors regarding delivery and installation as everything is taken care of in house by employees who have been with Appliance Driven for years. While some of these points may not be meaningful to some, there are many aspects of appliance purchases that have the potential to make the experience problematic or less than satisfactory. The care shown during delivery and installation was without issue and my kitchen was left spotless. When you think of a one stop shop, they also do kitchen cabinets. I recommend Appliance Driven without reservation. The 90+ Five Star reviews speak for themselves, so prepare yourself for a unique experience that defines the gold standard in...
