This is my absolute favorite “antique” shop in the Hudson valley. Understand you don’t go in here to find a mid-century armoire in perfect condition or some 70’s style retro lamps that cost 350 bucks each. However You might get lucky and find something rare and guaranteed it’s cheaper then other places. It’s a lot of items priced under 10 bucks. All in fair condition. You can go in here sputter around for 2 hours and spend 20 bucks then walk out with 5 various great treasures. But they also have a good amount of higher and harder to find Items. I recently bought a great dresser for 60 bucks. It wasn’t in perfect condition but after cleaning it up I definitely seen similar pieces in other shops priced well over 300. Always about a dozen different 70’s and 80’s style ten speeds for 50-80 bucks in decent condition. Some of the higher priced items are on consignment but you can still haggle with price. Out of respect don’t haggle a 4 dollar mug down to 2 or a 12 dollar shovel down to 9. It’s as well organized as a place like this can be and friendly people. If you are looking to furnish your place and even if it’s temporary check here first. I found a great 70’s era desk for a kids room for $65.00. It was great condition and still solid as the day it was made. Buying a plastic desk in Walmart costs more and that might last 2 years if you don’t break it first just putting it together. It’s on Route 9 and easy to find. For whatever reason Google has it set back and shows a different building on the map then it actually is.

Incredible, absolutely incredible. This place is a hidden adventure. Coming from the east coast to here was a shock as the pricing of every item was very very fair. If I didn’t have limited space I easily would have spent hundreds. Antique furniture, jewelry, knives, glass, books, you name it-Ravena Barn has it. Please leave a review when you visit this place really is incredible with great employees and I’d love to see it thriving whenever I come back!!! Carol was extremely kind and helpful.

When my mother passed, we weren’t sure how to go about cleaning out her house. We could have done yard sales or an estate sale or sold her things through social media but instead called John. He came to her home promptly and estimated the value of her belongings. Within a week, we had received a prompt, fair payment and the home was completely empty, clean and ready for sale....
