Worst service ever. Took me 2 werks to get app. I took time off work to go drop my car, it was 30 minutes one way. When I got there, the guy isn't even there. I leave a voice-mail in the cold and the guy calls back telling me that my appointment was canceled. He didn't even have the decency to call me ahead of time and let me know that my appointment has been cancled due to his peronal reasons. What a waste of time!!! Could have went somewhere else instead of wasting my time here. Take your buisness somewhere else, this is the most unprofessional I have ever been to. Didn't have the decency to call or text...

Cannot say enough about this business. Contacted them to see when they would be available to diagnose an audio issue and was told to bring it in anytime and they would look at it. Dropped the car off at noon - audio problem was diagnosed and fully repaired by 5 pm. They also installed a new back up camera system and while under the dash, diagnosed and corrected the issue I had been having with my vents and a/c. Price was right and service was incredible! It doesn't look like much from the outside but looks can be deceiving. It's run by two of the most skilled car audio/electronics folks I've ever had had the pleasure of dealing with. One of the few that will let you bring in your own parts (and whose own parts charges are quite reasonable), they completed a huge job of mine in two days, with no glitches or gremlins afterward. They're a fantastic crew and I recommend them...
