We went here because it was close to home, and we were disappointed. I thought we would be in and out because it was afternoon. I know how busy the am is, and we left right from the dr.s. It was 1230 pm. As we pulled in the lot, there were customers outside. We got out of the car and found out the phlebotomist wasn't there yet. Six of us were waiting outside and it was cold. You don't want to lose your place when your with a lot of customers so no one waited in their car. The office was to reopen at 1230. We stood outside and waited until 1246pm. People cut in line being aggravated and the worker never apologized to anyone. She's not very personable and is short with people. We will look for another blood draw facility, maybe a kalieda facility...

Stuck we six times. Until the lady in charge found a vein that was deep she was quite aggressive She didn't use a butterfly needle she used a regular maybe twenty gage. Which was okay. It was kina painful because my arm is just beat up from transplant. I kept pointing to my arm. Where are the veins were located.Because a person knows their own body. And I used to canulate my own needles for dialysis. Because I got tired of staff and nurses infiltrating or messing up my vein. Next time I'll just draw my own blood and bring it to them. I should've showed the other patients in the waiting room. I hope you have good veins because if not, this is what happens and showed my arm. I was nice and I didn't. Please...

I've been coming to this location for 20 years and never been treated this way ever let's start by the website doesn't work even if you get a confirmation so basic had to make another appointment at 11:20 I wasn't seen till 11 :45 then I tried to tell her the best place to draw blood and she doesn't listen im a diabetic and get blood work done alot with no problems after the 3 time of blowing up my veins I told her to get the other lady she doesn't know what she doing she doesn't listen and she looses my blood work and urine every times she does my blood and its on my dime I've had enough ill drive to lockport for my blood...
