I got backed into at a gas station. This place was one of my options per her insurance. I went into it half expecting to get the short end of the stick since they weren't a choice from my insurance. Consultation appointment went extremely well. Very polite, great with communicating everything with you at every step of the way. They were very professional. The good service I was provided at that estimate was what made me decide to actually use them for the repair. The process went seemlessly. They stayed within the time frame, which we also planned for extra time in case they found extra damage. After my car was damaged in a rear end collision I took it to Pow to have it fixed back up. Insurance covered costs since it was no fault, but the service at Pow was wonderful. I called them a few days after they started working on it to get some things from my car and when I arrived to pick them up they had grabbed other stuff I had forgotten about but needed as well. They fixed my car so well you cannot tell where the damage was done or what was replaced. Gary and Jane were both very pleasant and answered all of my questions and concerns. They kept me up to date on the repairs and the parts that were ordered. The body shop did a great job!

I recently had another unfortunate accident where I was hit front and back including damage to rear sides as well. Gary provided outstanding service to me. The collision guys did incredible work.
