My family and I had the Best Experience dealing with Bruce and his team! Very Down to Earth/Very knowledgeable/easy to talk to/ tell you straight up kind of guy! We showed up on a Monday at 4:45pm (we both got out of work early to get there before 5/Sorry we cut it close!) with 15 minutes left of his work day and he treated us as if we were the first customer of the day. Never once tried to rush us out the door! He took us to look at the 2023 Polaris Ranger 1000 we were looking at, and answered all of our questions! We picked up the Machine on Friday and again the Customer Service was Amazing! Bruce brought the machine out, he didn't like how the seat was fitting on it, it was kind of bumped up a little bit, so he swapped it out on another one to make ours right (he'll make the other one right too) & also put gas in it for us!
