Arrived 0930 for 1000 appt. Check in friendly and easy. Have your delivery appt number with you. Got door quickly and backed in. Every truck that arrived before us and every truck that arrived after, was unloaded before us and gone before we were even locked into dock. Looked like a ghost town, even yard jockeys were no where to be seen by the time we were empty at 1530. When trying to get paperwork person in office stated the receiving clerk went home for the day and he would try to get a manager to get us our paperwork. Eventually someone did but was seemingly bothered by having to do this. It was obvious to us we were forgotten and the ball was dropped. Did not seem very busy, and check-in was straightforward. After checking in with receiving at door 9, I only waited about 5 minutes for the yard dog to assigned a door. Warehouse started unloading right away but only a few pallets, then stopped for apriximalty 1.5 hours. When there was 15 minutes left before 2 hour detention, they started again.
