Jody and her team were excellent to work with.

My parents met with Jody several years prior and put a burial plan in place with their wishes, choices and information. When the time came, Jody had all of her notes and it made our decisions and tasks so much easier, especially at a time of grief.

Jody showed great compassion for our loved one, our family as we grieved, and gave personal attention to every detail in honoring the life and memory of our loved one.

Not being from the area, Jody was very helpful and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, even questions we didn't know to ask. She helped with family dinner options, florists, collaborating to write an obituary, coordination with the minister, publication in the local papers and anything that needed attention. Jody was prepared, knowledgeable, comforting and professional in every aspect of our interactions.

Jody and her staff went above and beyond to serve our family and assure that the visitation and services went smoothly and that we were well informed throughout the process. Everyone we interacted with at Stufin's was a pleasure.

The staff contacted us several times following the funeral to check on us and to offer any assistance that they could. They also prepared and submitted the required paperwork and contacted the necessary entities to inform them of my mother's passing.

Thanks to Jody and her staff at the Sutfin Funeral Chapel in Nichols, my family and I were able to feel at peace as we managed the ups and downs that came with my father’s passing and took care of all the details required to celebrate his wonderful life. From the country western music and additions she made to the video tribute that touched our hearts, to the addition of the New York Yankee symbol to his granite marble urn, to the real golf cart she brought into the chapel to incorporate into the display of his sporting life, we were amazed and grateful to have her holding our hands and hearts...

Sutfin Funeral Chapel did an outstanding job working with our family to set up the arrangements for my Dad’s services and they even reached out a couple weeks later to check in on our family to see if we were all doing ok and getting through the difficult times. Jody was so kind and caring and was such a big help throughout the whole process. The special touches she did for the calling hours were personally matched to who my Dad was and it made the atmosphere so much more uplifting and warming. She assisted our family not only with the funeral services but with arranging a Pastor to have a service following the visitation and even helped with arranging the luncheon following the services. The entire staff at the funeral home was also wonderful and always asking what they could do to assist. We know Charlene personally and she is just a pleasure to be around and has such a genuine warming personality to lift people’s spirits during such difficult time.
