Yvonna is so so mean. I have four friends who no longer go there because of how she treats us. I kept going because she was the only person I found where my UV Gel nails weren’t breaking every week, but today was my final straw. I brought my daughters in for manicures, and she was so nasty. She didn’t even say hi to them or acknoweledge any of us. 3/4 of the way through my daughter’s manicure, she spoke for the first time saying it was going to be five dollars extra because she chose three colors. Fine but tell me ahead of time and maybe say hi first. and one of her employees yelled at my four-year-old daughter for touching her nail by accident and she didn’t say a word to her. I had to tell the woman to please be patient with my child is she’s FOUR years old. They then proceeded to speak about me and Chinese. Which is something they did to me and my best friend and it was her last time going. Yvonna has always been so nasty and combative. I always wondered why the nail salon was always empty and I realize it’s because of how she treats people and seems to encourage her employees to do the same. I would love to speak to the owner, but she refuses to tell anybody who that is so I’m assuming it’s her. I’ve had other experiences, but none of them are relevant. She is just mean, nasty, cold. I started a new job in Roslyn and wanted to find a salon nearby. I found a gem!! Yvonna and the team at Z-one are amazing! I got in without an appointment the first time and got a dip mani and reg pedi, it was quick and the quality was top notch. I chipped a nail (my fault) and went back during my lunch break and they quickly fixed it for free. Just went back again and I got the most perfect ombré French mani and relaxing pedi. I’ve found...

Yvonne is very rude, disrespectful and has poor customer service. She is the owner and pretends not to be. She talks down to her customers and allows her workers to do so as well. I agree with all the negative reviews because I have experienced them myself several times. Her staff has also been changing very often....
