Well let’s start with i purchased a bed room set Aug 10 2021 and was given a delivery date of Sept 20, due to not being in stock ok. Beautiful set nice quality, nice service and convenient free interest. The set was $8000 including the nicest mattress. Next first payment was made then second and finally a delivery not all pieces were there but they would be on there way. Delivery was set for time window of 2-4 pm ,we got rid of our bed that morning and kept getting a call that they were coming and that was good cause we didn’t have a place to sleep, well they never showed up till 10:45 on at night which was very unreasonable but at least we had a bed, but they were still missing a dresser, so as time goes by, 3 more payments and no dresser! Called and stated I wanted to just take it off my payment plan, no sense in keep paying for something that you don’t have. They said just give 1 more month and they would call me, no call. Called them back it finally came in but couldn’t get it delivered for two more weeks. At this point I was so tired of being put off I said ok, Today finally was the day 12/31/21 ! The delivery drivers were right on time and the drivers were great. I do like shopping local and I do like my set, but will never buy from sholet again after waiting 5 months and paying on time for something we were promised 4 weeks out. Have been through 3 mattresses now and still not really satisfied with the comfort of this one what you lay on in store is nothing like what gets delivered to your home! I should have listened to the elderly couple that were in therethe same day for a mattress exchange. Same mattress as I was looking at. They said it was to hard.... although I had laid I it I couldn't figure out whay they were talking about until it arrived. Hard as a rock!!!!! But after 3 mattresses from the same company and you can only exchange within the same company.... there aren't many options to choose from. Not to mention the price range spikes up as well. A thousand more for this one and a thousand more for that one and so on. I'm up to the $3500 to $4000 right now and they just want more! The worst part about it is, there aster any refunds!! They will not give you your money back if your not satisfied with a product!! I would not recommend someone buying a mattress from them unless you know exactly what you want before going in. As far as furniture....i really can't say much I haven't purchased any but be careful with the # of years warranty you get with it as well! Disappointing, bought a bed frame and mattress, the delivery guys put numerous chips and scratches in the wood. Didn't know how to assemble the bed frame, were missing hardware and just didn't install it. Didn't even have tools to do the job. So I asked for it to be replaced and they said they would. When the delivery arrived with the replacement pieces they were damaged even more than the original. The driver was totally aware and didn't care. I sent it back and spoke to the salesperson about a refund and returning the bed frame. She agreed and had the service people call me. She also informed me that I should have bought something better. An $1800 bed and I should have bought something better? Needless to say the service manager called and offered to touch up the bed frame and I agreed just be done with this after having to take numerous days off from work to deal with them.
