I wouldn't eat in Norwich, NY. Many of their places to eat aren't worth the money. This steak and cheese was more salad and mayonnaise than anything else. I ordered online with 20 minutes until pick up. After I arrived I waited 45 minutes before my meal was ready. I waited in line three times. They didn't even start to prepare my meal until the third time I complained. It appears to be short-staffed with not enough employees to fill both online and in person orders.
