I really try to support local businesses in all communities but especially close to home. Besides being a little pricey, I've had good experiences at this store until today. I stopped by to grab some potting soil for my houseplants. I ran inside as I only saw miracle grow and top soil outside. I checked the shelves while employees were chatting and then asked one if they had any other soil options. I was informed miracle grow and top soil where the only choices and when I said I do not want miracle grow he said "well it has pretty much the same ingredients as other soils". No, it does not. Summary - prices are competitive some a little more and some a little less than big box retail.

They generally have everything you probably need, but does not carry every possible combination. For things like a toilet I went to a blue store.

But what you will not find anywhere else is the level professionalism, knowledge, customer service and even ingenuity as they can help problem solve. They appear to hire real professionals and not retail people.
