Made a purchase at this store and found I was actually charged 2 times for the same sale/transaction. Contacted store numerous times to give them the opportunity to work it out and never heard back from them.

Successfully filed a dispute with my bank and all is well. So if you like dealing with a small store that has horrible after sales service then this is the place for you. If I could give this company more stars I would. From picking out light fixtures in the showroom in Orchard Park, to picking up items in Kenmore which is closer to my home, to resolving issues with my chandelier, every employee I have dealt with has been incredibly wonderful to deal with. My review would be way too long if I detailed out the interactions I had with each employee, but suffice it to say, most of them have gone above and beyond for me. I visited today hoping to support a local business and find new lighting for my home. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. The employees were loudly discussing their belief that all cops are bad people and using derogatory language towards them. As a police officer myself it was hurtful and unprofessional, especially since I was right there as a customer.
