Great costumer service! Beautiful selection! I've been sopping there for over 2 decades, and I was always satisfied with their costumer service and I love their selection and prices. Unfortunately now they really disappointed me. I bought a very nice shabbos robe and at first wash it shrunk... I went back to store and told them about it. The sales lady wanted to know how I washed it and by everything I said she blamed me that it happened because I did something wrong... I'm not new to laundry at all! I KNOW I didn't do anything differently than I usually do with these type of clothing that look beautiful after many washes. I have a beautiful damaged robe hanging in my house that was full priced, worn only once and will end up in the garbage.... Really...
