Grand Wine & Spirits — Local services in Town of Pendleton

Happened to drive by and noticed this new store, and decided to stop in mainly looking for bourbons/whiskeys. At first glance you would not know they opened only 2 months ago - they had a vast selection, of wines and spirits that were fully stocked and the store was layed out very nicely.

The customer service was exceptional - all the employees were very pleasant/approachable, and each took the time to converse and give knowledgeable and thoughtful suggestions and talked about their experiences.

The prices were all very fair/reasonable, and I could tell they weren't price gauging and were trying to stay competetive based on the current market. If this holds true even for allocated bottles, it will easily be my regular go to store.

They seem to have weekly tastings in the store of different things, which is great; my only criticism or feedback would be that I wish they had more readily available information on when they are doing the tastings (maybe posted on their website?).

Overall, fair prices, with friendly and engageing staff and a great variety to their selection. I'll certainly be a regular...

Drove 50 minutes today to come to your store to purchase the Buckner’s 10 year due to it stating online it was in stock. Did not see any on the shelf and sales associate stated you all didn’t have any. I still purchased $480 worth of whiskey and when trying to purchase and Eagle Rare I was told it only came in a bundle. I asked since I drove 50 minutes due to a non updated online inventory and still spending $480 if I could still just purchase the bottle by itself and I was told no. Very large selection of stuff and a nicely organized clean store, but maybe update your online inventory if you do in fact not have Buckner’s 10...

I visited this store for the first ti.e today. I was excited by the prices listed in their ad and the fact that the ad read that they would match advertised prices.

The store is large. No one asked if they could help me. When I went to check out, I had an ad from a local store with an advertised price lower than theirs. I was told they would not match it for some inexplicable reason. They also had a product on sale with a listed $7.00 rebate. When I arrived home, the rebate read it was $5.00. I had two full cases to carry out. I was not offered any assistance. I am very unhappy. I doubt I...
