I was having my mother-in-law’s faux pearl necklace made into a real pearl necklace. The latch was beautiful and I really wanted to keep it. The staff at Jaymark are absolutely awesome. When I dropped off the old necklace; I accidentally dropped one of my mother-in-law’s old earrings in the parking lot. After receiving a call from Their office to tell me the good news that they had found my earring and bad news that it was run over and damaged. I dropped of the other earring and I asked if they would please fix it.

Well COVID-19 was in full swing and I lost track of my earring. I was so very pleasantly surprised to get a call from Michael and remind me that the earring was fixed and ready for me to pick up. The work is so good that I honestly can’t tell which one of the earrings was the damaged one. Thank you guys for the wonderful craftsmanship that made it all possible.

One day I hope to pass on these earrings to my mother-in-law’s grandchildren. My mother-in-law lives in the jewelry she left me. I feel close to her and miss her but I can still smile every time I wear any of the pieces she left me.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Let's face it. Jewelry can be intimidating. From fixing it to buying it, the whole process can leave a bad taste in your mouth because, well, you're always wondering if you got ripped off, a good deal or bought a piece of glass designed to look like a big old diamond. NOT at all the case at Jaymark. As a lover and collector of antique pieces, I've gone to James for repairs/maintenance and information. I cannot even begin to tell you of his knowledge, the skill of the craftspeople there (you should see some of the repairs / recreations they've done!) and the HONEST advice and opinions. They are hands down the NICEST people you'd ever want to meet, truly CARE about their customers and LOVE what they do. There is NO need to go anywhere else for your jewelry!
