AT&T Store — Local services in Town of Potsdam

I travel a fair bit but this particular branch continues to be my go to for AT&T and continues to keep me loyal to AT&T for my cellular needs while in the north east .

This last visit I was helped by Gary with a delicate and complex issue that most personnel would have tried resetting my network settings (losing information) and switching out SIM cards etc before even starting to listen to the customer . Gary instead was patient and thoughtful and most importantly considerate and took the time to slowly chase down the real problem and resolve it . He invested time in the problem instead of wasting materials and my electronic data . To nail the point home , the afore mentioned attempts would not have resolved my issue , just as I was quite sure before I asked for their assistance .

We went in to purchase my husband an iPhone. I justed wanted to look for a new tablet. The deals were amazing and Cole (our salesperson) really knew the pro's and con's of every item we looked at! He listened to what we needed and what we did not want. We have always been Android people. Switching to Apple was very different, yet we left that day extremely happy with our purchases! 3 items were right there in stock. Only one item needed to be shipped to the store and that one arrived today (would have been sooner but the 4th of july Holiday held it up).

I can't say enough good things about Cole! He was patient with us. Answered every question in terms we understood! And made suggestions about how to save us money here and there which turned out perfectly!

I came into the store needing a new SIM card and Nick W. was awesome! He was knowledgeable and professional. He fixed my phone and we discussed phone replacement options. I decided to make upgrades to three lines. Nick took the time to explain everything to me and helped me pick out accessories. It was a pleasure to work with him. When I returned to pick up my phone, I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Gary and Nick R. They set up my phones and I asked about Direct TV; which I purchased. Set up at home was rough, due to my lack of technological understanding, and Gary and Nick R spent so much time over the next two days to help me get everything taken care of.
