On September 15 I bought a chair from North woods. It was clearance and marked down because of a few marks. I was fine with that . So what paid 600.00 plus tax. When the chair was about a week old it was pealing on the seat. So what called them he said no exchanges nothing . I said I have to do something. His name is Carter . He first said no . I said this is not our fault. So at first they said to repair. I said this is my 85 year old Mom I am getting it for her. If this was your mom you would not be happy . So I talked to a lady named Laura all the time. Finally I sent pictures of the chair to her. She sent them to the company they said they would replace the chair. I was glad. I was going to get the chair Tuesday. Laura said they sold all the chairs, sent me pictures of the chairs they were too small. I then drove to this other store in Ogdensburg they were too small. I then drove to Norwood store. We worked out a deal of ordering a new chair. So I took the old chair Back to to the store this am. Laura said he would take the chair back. I said I am bringing it back . I will wait for the new chair. She called carter I said I brought it back and I will wait. I said my lawyer told me to return it, it was as only friendly advice. Then he started yelling at me. Said you moved the chair . I said yes I am the one that took it there. He said I am not doing anything about the chair I'm done now!! I then called the company. Her name was infinity she said yes they are replacing the chair. So she called Laura and she said no. Now I have to file a small claim case. Doing this to a 85 year old mother is just terrifying .. ...this is a lift chair...

was sold a broken/ homemade item as new

On July 8th I purchased a box spring and frame for a queen sized mattress in my guest bedroom. The bed was used by a guest a total of three times since then. While cleaning, I sat on the bed for a minute and the whole thing collapsed and the wood frame snapped. I was told there is no warranty on box springs and the “best” thing they can do is sell me one half price. It’s a shame because up until this, I had great customer service, but you clearly don’t stand behind the products you sell.

After taking the fabric completely off I noticed that the platform is in fact constructed with cardboard and was already cracked and repaired. This literally looks homemade and was sold to me as a NEW platform. Please make sure what they are selling you is...

I went into Northwoods Furniture right as they were getting ready to close. I apologized for being there late, and the crew there had no problems helping me. I knew exactly what I was looking for, and the wonderful lady showed me all of the pieces, and had a gentleman get the prices ready for us. They also contacted the other location on more pieces for me. I was beyond happy to find these specific pieces to begin with. The fact that the staff went above and beyond, plus found more for me after makes it that much more appreciated. I can not wait to do business with them again. Thank...
