What a beautiful and well-executed setup they created here. I have been to the haunted mansion, which is also great, but the Christmas event is by far exceeding of my expectations. When you arrive they give you a sheet with a scavenger hunt and a map of the different “lands”. My son wanted to see Santa first. Let me tell you, I’ve never seen a more perfect Santa. Not just his look but his vibe. He sits and chats for several minutes (almost 7 with my kid), in a very calm and delicate manner, then snap as many photos as you want, find the object from the scavenger hunt and head to the next land. There are animatronics, songs, people dancing in elf costumes, tons of lights, a firepit to warm up your hands, snacks, drinks, food, candy. There were also shows in which the kids can interact and volunteer. The stories are adorable and fun. The place was so amazing I didn’t want to leave. It wasn’t crowded on the weekend right before Christmas. We got right in and only waited about 3-5 minutes for the shows and to see Santa. The whole thing takes place in a woodsy location, so it feels very real. Overall - myself, my child and my husband had the time of our lives at this little place! I would go again in a heartbeat, so...
Read moreNot worth the price. $48 bucks for two adults (no I did not want to go, wife wanted to go). Thats with a $10 social media posting discount. They charge you a $3.50 “processing fee” which is just ridiculous. What are you, a used car lot? It was horribly unorganized too. We waited to show our ticket and get in, then we had to wait AGAIN to get in, in a giant unorganized mass. They were just letting people in 5 at a time, in no order at all. There were 3 “shows” and I could only really see 1. It lasted like 30 seconds and was just some lady jumping around and talking about how snowflakes are magic. They said there was a fire pit to warm up by but it was this tiny little pit. The whole think was just a walk though of just basically a bunch if xmas decorations and a few actors. We were often stuck in a single file line and the person in front of us reeked. We were in and out in like 20 minutes. Tickets should really...
Read moreHuge disappointment! Would never go back. Rip off to walk on the mud, stand on a long line as soon as you get there. When you say it’s a walk through then you shouldn’t have that many people reserve tickets to stand on a. Line in the freezing cold. My child was upset and scared and we had to leave before even getting past the line. I asked the girl scanning the tickets if they would be able to refund any portion of the tickets and she sounded aggravated and gave me a nasty attitude and look and begrudgingly said I will make a note next To my name. When I wrote an email regarding this and any form of a refund I never got a response back. Disgusting! DONT...
