You cannot find a worse liquor store! The owner is rude, hangs up the phone on you, doesn’t honor the point system where you earn points for your purchases (and then eventually get $10 after $1000!!; the amount alone is absurd). He cuts you off mid sentence when he has made an error you’re trying to get corrected. If you use DoorDash and indicate that you want to be contacted in case they don’t have what you have ordered, the store doesn’t contact you. They just substitute whatever they feel like and usually it’s a rotten substitution. The problem is the store owner, not DoorDash (which does a great job in resolving issues). Even when they have the correct wine you have ordered, they’ll routinely do something like send you a red instead of a white just because the vineyard has the same name.
