I wish to convey my highest regards and recommendation to “Robert Moon” of “ADK Data & Tech Repair” in Queensbury, NY. His knowledge and expertise in computer repairs was quite evident when he restored my (according to the expert techs at Apple in Albany) outdated and unrepairable iMac computer to a now viable part of my graphic design business. His work involved replacing the disc drive with an updated solid state unit as well as updating the systems software to its maximum possible configuration. This all being done in a 48hr timeframe, computer was dropped off on a Tuesday morning and was ready Thursday morning. This timeframe was only prolonged due to a mounting bracket that needed to be ordered, delivered and installed, All in 48hrs! Robert offers free diagnostic service and explains in layman’s terms what is necessary for repairs with a self assuredness that is a departure from that which I received at Apple. Had a great experience here and would recommend to anyone that needs work done. I contacted the business Wednesday inquiring about dropping off a new PC because I couldn't get it to boot and needed to have it tested to figure out whats wrong as I had no spare parts for a build this new to test myself. I dropped it off Thursday and within 2 hours was contacted and told the problem, picked the PC up and the fee was completely reasonable especially for that turnaround time. Got the replacement ordered as it was still under guarantee, had the parts Saturday afternoon and by Saturday evening had a working PC. I can't thank Bob enough for the work and the speed that he got it done, I started second guessing myself the first time when it wouldn't start but after he showed me the issue and the replacement came in, it was an hour of work and the PC was running great. 100% recommend the company to anyone less comfortable working with their own hardware or anyone that just needs a...

I can’t recommend Adirondack data tech repair enough. I walked in with my cracked screen and it was repaired in less than half an hour. Service was wonderful in every way. Efficient, kind, and reasonably priced. Thank you so much.

I had to add to this review because it wouldn’t let me create a new one. This is my second time visiting ADK data and Tech repair. Bob and his son were both working on a busy day and took me in right away. Previously I had called and Bob ordered the battery I needed for my phone and he communicated with me so we didn’t waste time. He called me when my battery arrived and fixed my phone in half an hour despite his busy day. It’s truly wonderful to see succinct service, knowledge, ethics, and care embodied in this business.
