Boomer McLOUD™ — Local services in Town of Queensbury

This is by far my worst experience ever, Yesterday I paid to get my radio installed in my car plus additional labor fee for rear camera installation, and I also asked the boomers employees to add a front cam and they lied telling me my radio was not compatible, now my dash keeps falling off the wires are all over the place, my usb doesn’t work and I’m afraid this might cause my car to have other issues if this is not fixed, so I called the store in Clifton Park where the owner of the company usually works, and the answer they gave me was that I should talk to the Queensbury store about my problems and that they’re busy and when they’re free, they’ll see if they could do something, meanwhile I’m driving a car with wires hanging in a very unsafe situation, because of the service they provided. I have small children that are in harms way if I put them in my car. Wires hanging loosely can spark at anytime. Worst service ever, I should have gone to Best Buy like my wife told me too. Maybe the other installers do better work then the one I delt with, but the professional aspect of this company is by far the worst I’ve come across in this state....

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Expert equipment, vehicle model, and installation knowledge make this shop my go to for any automotive stereo needs. The selection, availability, and pricing of their equipment is on par (with better sale prices) with that of other, similar businesses in the area. Certainly, if you provide the gear, they could install it, but your really ng on the manufacturer's warranty if it doesn't work. Bottom line is their pricing is fair for the work they do, and they are experts in doing it. Your not allowed to call an ask them any questions about stereos unless you are paying them money. Called to ask if a wire was a positive or negative an unless I paid them to do it they will not tell me at all. Honestly that’s the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard. You could have had a future customer but because you guys refuse to answer a question about if a wire is positive or negative a refuse to answer unless I pay you guys to do it. So unprofessional.
