Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in City of Glens Falls

Ordered online to pickup at the drive through. No one came to the drive through window. One employee saw me and ignored me. I finally pulled into the parking lot and went in. The woman at the window was too busy looking at the computer to ask me what I wanted. She went and got another employee to help her with the computer but still no one asked why I was there. She then went outside to get another employee who was sitting on the curb on a break. When she came back in she finally asked what she could do for me. I told her I had place an order online for the drive through but no one came. She said "yea we are short handed ". No one was in the store customer wise. The first employee that ignored me was also now outside on the curb. She found the ticket for my order and then checks a box sitting out on the counter and not being kept hot. She attached my ticket to it. I asked if it was hot and she said yes it was just taken out which I knew was a lie as it was sitting there when I walked in. The woman in the back turned around and said"hot?". I said well its been sitting out. I said "doesn't feel hot". It was not hot and was soggy. All 4 of the employees were disheveled and unfriendly. Ordered their new "Fanceroni" pizza last week. The pizza I paid for looked nothing like the picture in their advertisement. Was supposed to be thinner with 100 slices of Old-World pepperoni + cheese all the way to edges and a caramelized crust. Despite paying $9.99, the crust 'n cheese were both exactly the same as their $6.00 pizza. The only difference was the 100 slices of Old-World Pepperoni (which were actually very good). Unfortunately, the grease from all that pepperoni caused the traditional Ceasar's soft crust to become extremely soggy which made every slice gag worthy. Far from the first time I've had issues with this particular shop either (at least lately). A couple months ago I placed an order by phone, but it wasn't ready when I went to pick it because they gave it to someone else. The girl never apologized + told me if I still wanted the order I'd have to wait 20/30 minutes for her to remake it. I didn't have the extra time, so I complained to the manager (an unkempt guy with beard 'n glasses) who responded by sarcastically asking.... "how old are you"? I’d first liked to say this was a birthday order for myself as I have been craving stuffed crazy bread during my pregnancy for the past 2 months and my husband wanted the pretzel pizza! My husband had ordered it for 4:30! We were late as it was my fault I got side tracked at a store! Also going from that store to little ceasars was about 13 mins with no traffic! We were stuck in traffic for a little bit of time no big deal! However we get to the store we see that our food is not there ! We get to the counter my husband says his name and the guy says I’ll be right there! While we are waiting the guy continues to complain about how we were late to the other person who was working there! Then he gets our food after blowing his nose then not washing his hands ! He then complains to us about being late! We apologized it still wasn’t enough! However when we got to the car my husband tried the pizza complained about there not being enough cheese! This has seriously tarnished my view of little ceasars and will not be returning! My advice is don’t be late well as seriously check the health standards...
