You did no such thing as far as trying to explain ANYTHING to me when I came in there. I was asking for a price on the part we already knew we needed. And you absolutely did hang up on him the first and second time he called. AND THEN he called several times because you would not listen to him that he already knew what he needed, you hung up before he could explain that time he was just asking for a price. You told him you had costumers in there and that was why you could not help. Funny thing is I was there within ten minutes of the phone calls and you didn’t have any customers in the store at the time but yet when I simply asked about a price on the the part he called about, you immediately got irritated and told Me that he called 12 times. so I asked why not answer the phone and let him know there are people here or maybe another employee Should be answering phones if you're doing so great helping all of these other customers. You said sorry and left me standing there as you walked away from me after complaining that he called too many times. It’s unfortunate that there was such poor communication.. however,...

I would rate it no stars if I could. I called to simply inquire about a replacement burner element. The guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude and practically starting yelling after I asked if they carried them. Instead of simply asking if I knew the part number or model of my range he rudely stated after an awkward lengthy pause after my question, "Well you got to tell me more then that, Jesus.. cant' do anything with just that". So I politely said I was waiting for his answer and him to ask if I knew the part number. Then I get a grumble and he hangs up on me. I couldn't believe it. Then of course I try calling back in hopes of maybe getting someone different and the phone simply rings and goes to the answering machine. So much for trying to support local...

I highly recommend this shop! (Hans is the best).

We came in looking to replace our refrigerator because it was getting so hot that we were burning our skin if we accidentally touched the metal near the rubber gaskets. Since we have 10 week old twins and didn't plan this purchase, we were looking into used appliances to save money. At the shop, Hans asked us why we were buying a fridge, so we explained what was happening. Hans suggested we try servicing it ourselves rather than buying a fridge. He explained how to do it, what to look for, and even let us borrow one of his tools to do it once he found out we were nearby locals.

He easily could have just sold us a new fridge, but instead went above and beyond to help us for free. Truly outstanding...
