IN N OUT CONVENIENCE STORE — Local services in Town of Ramapo

I am disgusted with the service in this establishment! I went in and purchased 2 horchata drinks. I’m no horchata expert now, but today was the first time I’ve ever had an horchata made from nuts! Originally it’s made with rice water.

MY PARTNER IS ALLERGIC TO NUTS so we instantly panicked after I tried mine and asked to either get a refund or exchange the drinks for a different flavor.

There were NO warning signs about nuts being in the recipe for people with nut allergies!

This is unacceptable and EXTREMELY dangerous! If I’m not mistaken illegal as well!!!

I demand there be a sign placed WARNING people with NUT allergies of nuts being in the recipe.

They works till 12:00 I visit at 11:25 and I can see they were working and I wanted to get a coffee and then when I was getting a coffee it was 11:29 and they said we are almost closed why you are using coffee machine, it was rude talking and I asked sorry I didn't know I thought they work 24 hours and actually they works till 12:00 I had half hour so they told me again why you turn on the coffee machine? I said again sorry but there was time still half hour! I don't visit anymore! If you don't want to work before closing half hour, then make work hours...

Brand new "beautiful" gas station and convenience store. I have been to a lot of convenience stores, this one is something special. It is very big, nice and clean with a huge selection of everything! The gas is also cheaper than other gas stations in the area. I like it a lot, I stop in even just for a coffee. I highly recommend...
