We used the Reed Homestead for both my bridal shower & to get ready on my wedding day. It was an absolute dream. The house itself has so much interest and charm. It is the perfect setting for a special event or a weekend getaway! My bridesmaids & I loved getting ready there for my wedding. It was wonderful to have the whole house to ourselves and to get ready in such a calm and peaceful environment. We stayed out there the night before & had all of our vendors come to the house in the morning. We had breakfast catered and were able to relax while getting ready, which can be rare for a wedding day! Wow!!!!! Reed Homestead was such a treat! I booked the weekend of July 4th (my 60th birthday) for a family and friends party. My adult children flew in to stay with us and I was so happy they could come. Amy was such a gracious host as she assisted me in catering contacts, let me borrow folding tables and even her bocce ball set! We were delighted with the pottery barn meets shabby chic decor of the whole house. My guests LOVED the shop too and purchased some beautiful jewelry.
