Cozy camper rentals li — Local services in Town of Riverhead

My wife and I rented a camper from Cozy Camper Rentals LI for several days in late June. The rental was for use on Montauk County Park. We had never done anything like this before, but wanted to join friends of ours, who do this annually. Not being a NY resident, it was quite a process, however, we were thrilled with the experience with Cozy Camper Rentals. From the initial call with Barbara through check out, the experience was excellent! They met us right at the beach when we were checking in at the main office, and by the time that was complete, the camper was almost completely set up and ready for use (along with the fully generator). The camper had everything we needed for the week (cleaning supplies, dishes, silverware, etc.) which made for a perfect getaway. Barbara was wonderful, checking in with us every few days to ensure we were having a great time. Towards the end of our vacation, Barbara reached out to us to ensure a smooth check out process. We had to leave very early in the morning on the last day to catch our ferry back to CT, however, our friends were still there and were able to assist with the final walk through and removal of the camper. From the start, their customer service blew us away. They actually answered the phone when we called (which is rare these days!) and responded quickly to every question, no matter how small. Their team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help us feel prepared and excited.

The camper itself was in pristine condition — clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed to GLAMP. They walked us through setup step-by-step, and honestly, it couldn’t have been easier. We were fully set up and relaxing within minutes of arriving at our site.

We loved the thoughtful touches, from clear instructions to helpful tips for first-time campers. Cozy Campers truly took all the guesswork out of the experience so we could focus on enjoying time together as a family.

Me and my husband took our 4 kids camping. We had abs excellent time but more importantly Cozy Campers made it stress free, accommodating and easy to schedule. I have to give the biggest shout out to them foe being so kind, friendly and just being there for any question. I am booking with them again as I had nothing but great experience with Cozy Campers.
