Stony Brook incubator facility is a great space for entrepreneurs/start ups and small businesses that do not have a brick and mortar. It is a very modern, clean, excellent work space with state of the art professional, commercial grade equipment(6- 8 burner gas ranges, 40 gallon kettles, multi level ovens/warmers/steamers/cooling racks, dishwasher, sanitizer, sinks, ample counter prep space/rolling carts & tables. Storage is available (walk-in fridge/freezer/pantry/lockers/private rooms). I did not see a microwave...lol!

You can also arrange to have your inventory/packages/supplies delivered directly to the incubator. Office space is also available if you need to meet with a client/customer, do a tasting, small exhibit or just work quietly. Ample free parking available.

The hours are very flexible so people are always coming and going. Once your application is approved you can reserve your time slot and you will receive a door key to enter the facility. There are strict safety rules/guidelines in compliance with NY State health regulations code. The facility is wired with numerous surveillance cameras that cover every angle both inside and outside. You must complete your task within your allotted time and clean your work space thoroughly and place your garbage in the dumpster before leaving the facility.
