I just recently purchased a Subaru WRX from these guys. I thought I was getting a good deal, the CarFax looked cleaned the car looked great from the outside. Little did I know I would be going through 3 WEEKS OF HELL DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR HACK SHOP!

In need of a better car after driving a rusted out Honda, I really thought I could trust this dealership since they had a lot of Subaru's it seemed like they knew what they were doing. After researching the car and getting all the information I needed, I really liked it and was pretty sure I was going to buy it. So, my boyfriend and I drove 2 hours to go check it out. I noticed cosmetic issues and interior issues but it didn't seem like a big deal and Andrew assured me that it was just a bulb or nothing major and "the car was perfect, there is nothing wrong with the car."

I put a down payment on the car but had to come back to finish the purchase. I am ready to head down to pick up the car I call Andrew at 3pm say we are headed down, as he assured me he lived 5miles away and it wouldn't be a big deal for us to come down after hours. We are 15min. from the dealership I call him to tell him we are almost there. He asks us to pick him up since he had too much to drink to drive over there. My boyfriend didn't have a back seat and we don't know the area at all, so uhm no... I guess that should've been my red-flag. I was like w/e I just want to get the car and be home. We do all the paperwork, I thought he transferred my registration but he didn't and he slapped my Honda plates on the car. Before I get in the car he takes off in his cab he had to take to the dealership. I get in and the CHECK ENGINE IS ON! I think oh maybe the gas cap is loose, we tighten it and reset the code. Come to find out later the next day he let me leave there and drive the car illegally home!! A few days later CHECK ENGINE IS BACK AND COOLANT is LEAKING UNDER THE CAR! FML

Andrew was absolutely useless on the phone and could care less I was having all these issues a couple days after buying this car! I bring it to a shop near my work to get it diagnosed. I get the code and a slew of other major concerns from the shop. After spending 100+ dollars for the coolant hoses to be fixed and to be diagnosed I call Andrew with everything. He literally yells at me over the phone denying all of these problems and would barely let me explain. I then basically demanded my money back for the car, I told him I didn't trust the work they did on the car (the cheap half-ass timing belt job) - no waterpump or new coolant clamps included in that job apparently which is a typical replacement if you are going to do that job. Anyway he refused my refund and threatened to revoke my warranty! After being extremely upset and stressed about the whole situation, I bring the car all the way back to them to "take a look at it" not knowing what else to do. After calling everyday to try to find out what is going on and get any details they keep feeding me lines like oh we are waiting for a part from Subaru, the car is on a test drive, etc. I kept asking to talk to the mechanic so someone can explain to me what they found or are fixing. He stats "Yeah I will email you the list". After them having the car 11/2 weeks he calls me to tell me it's done. I asked for more details. He freaks out and questions why I need this information...Hello! to see what was wrong and what you are doing to the car. I pick the car up and I get a BS printout that he made up in 5min of what they did. They also changed a solonoid that I'm pretty sure had nothing to do with the check engine code I got. They should've replaced my drive axles, they only did the boots. The list goes on.

Basically DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They cut corners and do everything to the cheapest and quickest of their ability to rip people off in these unsafe vehicles they have in their lot. Honestly this story could keep going but I am at my limit. PLEASE DON'T...

I just want to start out by saying I am a respectable human being and I treat people with the same amount of respect I would like to be treated with, with that being said. I bought a new to me car from them for 10000 dollars that may not be a lot of money for some people but it is for me. So when I bought this car they did an on site inspection. I had the car for about 36 hours before stuff started to go bad. A wheel bearing blew out so I brought it to my local mechanic and on his inspection he found that the other wheel bearing was bad as well and that the coil spring was broken and rusted like it has been broken for a while he told me that who ever inspected it falsely passed it or plan old didn't inspect it at all which is illegal. After that I called them and told them it was broken and I had to get it fixed because I couldn't drive it down to them to have them fix it. They told me on the phone there was no way u couldn't drive 130 miles with a broken wheel bearing and my bf is very good with cars and the wheeel bearing would have been lucky to make it 30 miles before blowing off completely. They were rude and didn't want to reimburse me at first I argued enough to the point where they said they would pay for one wheel bearing and send me the check. ( which they never did) about 2 days later I noticed every time I went over 50 the car vibrated so I drove it 130 miles down to them and they told me the rims were bent so they went ahead and switch the wheels around to make it better. It had very little effect on the vibration and it gets worse had to spend 800 dollars on a brand new set of rims after I just paid 10000 dollars for a car I thought should have been in sound driving condition.

SERIOUSLY EVERYONE SHOP AROUND AND DONT GET SWINDLED BY THATS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY YOU'LL BE WASTING AT THIS TERRIBLE PLACE*

false I did bring my car back to you guys a total of 3 times i brought it back mind you i live 130 miles from you. the first time i brought it back you fixed the broken coil and even gave me a receipt for the fix and told me that you would send me the check to pay for one of the broken wheel bearings. I gave you my address and you never sent me the check. Then i brought it back again because of the vibration. At which time your team took it on a test drive and told me to my face that the reason for the shake was dented rims.... and then you rotated the wheels and sent me on my way. That doesnt fix a bent rim. So then after i found out that my old plates weren't going to work i came back down to get new plates and registration and to have you check out the vibration after which your technicians said he couldn't notice the vibration but i shore can when I'm going over 65. I have 3 subarus one being a 99 outback an 06 sti and the 09 legacy i bought from you neither of my other two subarus vibrate like that when going down the road and an 09 should drive like a dream compared to my 99 but it doesnt.. Btw how can u nonchalantly say you should have called us and let us know you need new rims when you basically fought me over compensation for the wheel bearing which you were supposedly only going to cover the part. And you've rubbed it in my face 3 times now that i didn't pay full price for that car. that car was for sale for 9400 i got u to drop the price a huge 200 dollars to 9200 and then on the bill of sale you wrote the car in as 8000 to SAVE ME ON SOME TAXES which came out to 700 in tax remember that. 700tax+9200real cost of car=$9900 TRUE TOTAL And when you say you didn't even pay full price is that your way of saying thats its excusable to sell me a car that has problems that could have been prevented if you had done the...

This place is a scam period. I bought a car from them in September of this year. I had a 3 month warranty, during this time in October the front end started making a knocking noise. I brought the car back to be repaired. Very quickly the next day I was called the car was ready to be picked up. I asked what was done they said the mechanic was not in that day and were not sure. So I left I called back the following day and still no answer what was done I was being given the run around. I never received any written documentation on work done. However the car did seem to be fixed. But I took it to my local mechanic for a oil change the alerted me to many more issues. Now I am about 2 months out of warranty but I bring it back to All Motors hopefully to do the right thing. They did not I was met with hostility from Andrew the sales man. They started doing work on the car without any authorization from me. I had to call them after a few days then they tell me the wheel was about to fall off the car (this is the car my wife and 22 month year old daughter drive in everyday) And they listed all the work the already done and how much I owed them. I disputed this and told them I never approved the work but they said I was lying which I wasnt. The last conversation I had the Frank the mechanic was that he was going to look over the car thats all. This goes on for days we agree upon a price then I get there and Im given a bill way higher than agreed upon. I disputed and Andrew the sales man starts screaming and me threating me that he will charge me more and not give me the car if I dont pay. All this going on while every employee or customer besides myself and Andrew are running around a small enclosed area without masks on. At one point I got freaked out enough to run out of the office. Then the cherry on the cake after driving it aprx 15 miles to my home 4 warning lights pop on. I called Andrew to tell him he tells me the alternator must be blown and that its a coincidence that happened 40 minutes after leaving his shop I said thats b.s he said take me court and hung up on me. If you are debating buying a car from them ask yourself a question .... could I make this up if I tried? I will be reporting them to the BBB also going to be reporting them for coronavirus social distancing violations and taking them to court to dispute any charge. This place needs to be stopped. They are doing this during a pandemic with honest people just trying to get by.

P.S - on a phone call with the sales man Andrew I told him he sold me car with a wheel that was going to fall off and my 22 month old is in every day how do you sleep at night?.... He didnt care and continued to scream at me...
