Read moreThey were very accommodating making a deal over the phone before I drove over 7 hours to pick up a Yamaha WaveRunner. Got to the dealer and the ski was everything they said it was, very easy sale process. Usually I always test a ski in the water before buying but its a dealership and I trusted them. Made the 7 hour trip back home and got to test ride the ski 2 days later. To my surprise the 70mph ski didn't go over 40mph. Called Pioneer right away and they explained the ski was never test ridden before they took it in on a trade. Thankfully I purchased and extended warranty but the local dealer in Long Island where I live couldn't look at it for over 2 weeks. Then spent another week in the shop getting parts and fixed. Lost the ski for almost a month during peak season. Would have been nice if they offered to pay the first month payment.... Just be careful with their preowned jetskis, apparently they aren't test driven because "the lake is too far away". I have every belief they would have fixed the ski at their shop right away but i just didn't have the time to drive another 14 hours and possibly stay overnight....

Went in to get bike registered, while there look for drink bottle holder for Ryker (maybe next year) and especially, I really wanted to buy a Bluetooth helmet.
Was dissapointed and how unhelpful the clerk by helmets was. Said I wanted to get a helmet with bluetooth. Said they "only sell toys" and I would have to install one in my helmet, pointed at rack. I had no idea what I was looking at, really hoped for helpful answers. After watching several YouTube videos on the brand/item(s) I was even more confused than when I walked in, I think I needed to buy a new helmet to match the brand or something anyways? And still had no idea how it would all works, and fits inside the helmet. but if the clerk doesn't know or won't help, then I will look elsewhere for that. I will be back for all my other needs and still tell friends...
