Small Town Auto Repair — Local services in Town of Sherburne

Well, I was referred here by a friend of mine. I brought my car to check on some rattling noise whenever i drove over bumps / uneven roads etc. The person who drove my car to hear the noise was non-communicative. I sat on the passenger seat and tried to explain about the noise and he did not speak a single word to me. I wondered if he was deaf. I am not kidding. This is how the guy reacted. He then took the car inside the garage and within 10 mins the front desk called me and asked me to pay 100$. The whole process took 20 mins. I was shocked that they charged me 100 for not doing any repair. Just to drive around and then tell me to change everything. They gave an estimate for 2500 to 3000 telling me they need to replace shocks, struts and the whole thing on both front and rear. I paid and took the car to another repair shop and the the other shop charged me 200 and fixed the issues and the other repair shop told me they just needed to replace the links. Giving this place a 1 star - for being completely rude and their non-communicative attitude and for quoting an outrageous repair cost telling me i need to replace everything. They did not do any proper diagnostics and the 100 $ paid...

I don't normally leave reviews too often but these guys are good at what they do and competitively priced and willing to get you in as soon as possible and get you out as quick as possible well doing a good job and inspecting other parts of the vehicle on things that may have been overlooked in the past and need to be done. It's not like they're forcing you to fix your vehicle but they're at least letting you know what's going on with it. Thanks...
