I pulled in to refill my propane two weeks ago. They lied to me and said the propane was "off". The propane cannot be "off" that is why the opposite of the "off" switch is on. They gave me an attitude and 4 employees teamed up on me. I was forced into an altercation but got my propane. Then I found out they shorted me on my propane when it wasnt the right weight and ran out early. I came back in today to get propane. One of the young men there was holding a grudge. I was standing at a comfortable distance from the propane area within the legal limits of the law. This time I was keeping an eye on them so that they didn't short me on my propane again. The young man asked me to stand back by the wall. I responded respectfully "is that the law". He responded "yes". Another lie. I asked him where he got that information from. He acted nasty and demonstrated violent body language. I pulled out my camera to film because he called the rest of the employees like I was in the wrong. The rest of the employees came out and surrounded me. The young man walked by and through his gloves down right next to me. He then threatened me again. Then a nice woman came out and filled my propane. All the way like it is supposed to be. I will not deal with such disrespect. If you attack me I will hold you fully accountable by the law and I will defend myself. Respect your elders young people. Sam was the managers name who hung up on me...

I was greeted by Ethan who wasn't sure if ACE had the exact item, a door, in stock so he immediately introduced me to Vinny. As I was waiting a short time for Vinny to check, Ethan still asked if i was being helped. Vinny immediately informed me that it would need to be ordered, but also checked to see if by any chance there might be one at the store since it's normally an item that needs to be ordered. He found that there was one that was returned in perfect condition. I actually need this door immediately, so this was excellent news. This door is actually an item that is difficult, if not available at all at bigger Hardware Chains, and is sold at a great price at ACE. I had actually had a bad experience with a Manager a couple of years ago and it affected my view of ACE. Also, I'd like to add, as a senior, though these Associates are young to me, I am highly impressed on their level of knowledge, how helpful, professional & friendly they are, and how they went above and beyond. Vinny went above & beyond even making suggestions on how to protect the door so i will get many more years out of it. I am highly impressed and will be a returning customer as I'm starting to work on my home again. The location & hours also makes visits to ACE...

Terrible service and store. Went in the store to have keys made and purchase other items. Guy in the key department tells me I have to get in line. He points to the register line. I look for the line only to find a cahs register line with 1 person. He then takes a customer who went up to him and told her he would be right with her. After she walked away, I asked him if whether or not there was a line or perhaps he did not want to take me as a customer. I questioned his intent.
