I purchased the caterer duo from these guys around 2020. The oven itself is fantastic - built like a tank, works great. I use it for my catering business and always get asked about it.
After I put down a deposit I was given an estimated time ( this was during COVID times, and they took that into account). After waiting way past the quoted delivery time I sent and email to see what was upm no response. Then another. No response. Waited a week.. sent another. Guess what?.
Finally I got through to a salesperson and asked them and they gave me a new estimate which also was way off.
This oven cost me $18,000 and it was a good bargain for what I got. Maybe they are only used to dealing with big restaurants who are buying five ovens at a time. But to me this was a lot of money and I got zero respect from them.
Eventually the oven was ready. I picked it up. I was thrilled. Everything was fine.
I bought a few things from there fiero home- about 20 peels and some aluminum pans and few other things. I was pretty happy
I had bought a brush to clean the oven and eventually I needed a new head. I submitted a few questions about it through The form on their website and didn't get any response. It really seems like they don't like to respond to emails.
I decided to go ahead and order a replacement head for the brush. It was 85 which was a lot of money for what it was but what the hell this was quality stuff.
Eventually it came and it actually was not a replacement head but just some replacement bristles. $85 for what? Honestly, should it costed $20.
I tried to get in touch with him several times and again terrible response.
I asked them for a refund several times because what they sent to me for $85 was utterly ridiculous. They refused to give me a refund. I asked again and the owner got involved. He refused to give me a refund.
I think I'll be able to attach a picture of what I actually bought for $85. I was going to hopefully purchase another oven from them but I wouldn't deal with them again after this. Real shame because I love the oven and would love to get another one but I wouldn't deal with...

After two days of training in their kitchen we gained both confidence and lost apprehensions about opening our restaurant.
