Brewster Superette — Restaurant in Town of Southeast

Extremely friendly staff, wonderfully-prepared food at lunchtime (which varies each day during the week), massive amounts of bacon on their Bacon, Egg, and Cheese breakfast sandwiches, and VERY reasonable prices; this place is simply great!

Rosa (the Manager/Chef), and Carlos (aka "Carlito", the main Chef) are such amazingly genuine people; they really make you feel welcomed, and that your patronage is honestly appreciated. They really want to make you happy; and those standards are followed by their Staff as well. Everyone is always smiling; it's infectious!

Even though I lived in Brewster for many years (and was classmates with one of the previous owners' relatives), I'd never been in the Brewster Superette until this past year; so I cannot make a comparison, nor do I think that would be a fair thing to do. I just know that currently the Brewster Superette is worth the 5 star rating overall.

The owner is gross just like his deli refrigerators. As he serves his customers, he's chomping away at the deli that he just cut for you and I guess a little for himself with his bare hands. When you ask him the bag something he just looks at you looks at the sandwich and turns around to his grill. He's arrogant and condescending. Take a close look at the deli meats, they are old, dried out and sometimes discolored.

The Superette recently catered a large graduation/retirement party for over 100 people. Rosa was great to work with, and gave us many helpful suggestions in our planning.
