Chamberlain Acres Garden Center, Florist & Farmers Market — Local services in Town of Southport

I know I should have called much earlier than to call on mother's day, total screw up on my end! However, I saw that they were open via the web and thought I'd at least try. I live in Texas and my mother is in a nursing home in Sayre. The gentleman I spoke with knew I was desperate. UndortUnfortu after explaining my situation to him and asking if they could fit in a delivery to my mother he said "No. There is no way. We are very busy today. Sorry bout that " I totally get that they are extremely busy! However, he didn't even ask what nursing home or anything. I mean what if they are already planning a delivery to the same facility? I know that just prior to calling them I spoke with someone at the nursing home and they had not received any deliveries yet today. Plus I guess I had hoped for some compassion. Guess I was expecting too much. Sorry for trying to get help to fix...

Love these guys! They are so knowledgeable about plants and flowers and their variety and prices are excellent. Aside from all the plants and flowers, they have plenty of garden and yard decorations as well as unique, handmade products from local businesses. They also have a farmer’s market every Sunday afternoon here with quite the diverse mix of local vendors. They can make any arrangement (so far for me, right on the spot) and they have such an eye for it. It’s refreshing to have such a great small business in our area. If rapport, quality and prices are important to you, then I would shop here....
