Product Quality: Excellent 4/5
Selection: 2/5 (Sidenote: Uncanny to see a dispensary that does not carry any CBD products and such few THC strains)
Security: Kind & Pleasant 5/5
Service: Consistently Rude, Rushy, Resentful, & Unhelpful -5/5
Atmosphere: Awkward, Draining, Unwelcoming 1/5
Note to owner(s): On my last visit over the summer First week of August 2023 I went in to max out on edibles and returned to my vehicle to see an unfired bullet placed in my passenger seat which made me question my safety. I only felt bold enough to come back today because I had a friend in the car who is liscened to carry and your strain 'Tom Ford' is the only genetics within a 100 mile radius I can find with Bubba Kush in the lineage (Favorite strain of my fiancé)
Prior to my 5th & final trip today (1/22/24, 1:30pm) I have previously spent at least $800 on product [not including tipping 12-20% of total everytime] between 4 separate visits, in addition to supporting their brand via merch with a Hat & 2 T-shirt purchases (All 3 of which will now be donated to goodwill or salvation army)
Even when you are the only one in the shop with 3 "budtenders": -they rush you out while being condescending -do not offer to let you smell the flowers -shoot you nasty looks & terrible vibes -laugh behind your back as you exit
Pipekeepers may be a touch more pricey on average but at least they treat you like a human being with respect & dignity.. they will continue to recieve my support, $$$$$, and gratitude. Pipekeepers also has a much more vast selection with multiple lower and advanced tiers. The entire range of products they carry you have the opportunity to inspect & smell.. plus they never rush you out the door and are genuine & are truly happier people.
The best way to grow in this industry (or at least stick around) is to consider all potential customer needs and every aspect of the sale. Treat your customers like family, not the enemy.

Read moreWow. They changed the layout so everything is in display cases around the room. Nobody waits now. Total chaos crowd. After 10 minutes of trying to see what was offered, we decided to just buy our usual items. We never could get to more than the 1 front middle display case.
We then spent 15 minutes trying to get staff attention to place an order. Everyone crowds the employee door and the first who grabs them gets served.
After 30 minutes we gave up and left empty-handed.
A long sad ride home with nothing to show but my sore foot being stepped on and my friend's sore rib from being rudely elbowed out of the way.
Gone is the happy zen atmosphere. Gone is the chance to ask questions. I saw no smiles from customers I heard no laughter from anyone. I saw angry frustrated faces trying to get staff attention.
If you're old and short you may never get served.
Suggestion: Put in a ticket machine and call customers by number like in a deli.
We're old time customers and left with just headaches and tension.
It's a long (beautiful) ride but now we're not sure if we should try again. It's enough to make me cry. We waited so long for these opportunities and we couldn't buy a thing.
Today we'll go to a state dispensary to pay twice as much for lesser quality, but at least we'll be able to buy something and smile with the employees.
A great place, clean and well organized. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their high quality products. If you are passing by, be sure to stop in....
Read moreI love the layout of the shop, as well as the staff. The prices are okay once you realize that the flower is dryer than the desert or barely sticky at all if there is any stickiness at all. the sales are okay, and almost make it worth it, but I mean almost, I drive a ways to get there because the prices are at least 25% less than the least expensive dispensary anywhere else in a 3 hour drive of me and the quality reflects that. The other places that I have been due before may have cost a bit more but the quality was two to three times what it is as Sweet grass. I've also tried other products some of the ones that I've tried there are good but the buddy bites cones are worthless I give them zero stars out of five. The staff sometimes has trouble keeping order with the customers, and allow children to get overly populated and cluttered very quickly so there's little room to move around and view products and the staff also tend to focus on specific individuals before they go to others who are ready even if those individuals are not ready, then they wait there for the person be ready instead of dealing with a customer that's ready. It's like a pseudo-controlled chaos leaning slightly towards the uncontrolled side more than controlled which makes shopping a bit of a hassle. I would give them a 1.5, but it won't let me...
